HeyBox is a coffee subscription service or, in other words, the best friend you could have! Why? Because by choosing the subscription you like and that suits you the best, HeyBox will bring freshly roasted and freshly ground coffee, sourced from selected producers from around the world, to your door EVERY month.

The grind determines the extraction of the coffee and therefore depending on the equipment we plan to use, we choose the corresponding grind. A general rule of thumb is that a coarse grind is used for filter coffee and a fine grind for espresso.

Coarse grind: when the texture of the coffee resembles coarse salt. This coffee is ideal for making a Cold Brew or for a French Press.

Medium grind: When the texture of the coffee resembles granulated sugar. This coffee is ideal for filter coffee.

Fine grind: The texture of the coffee resembles powder. For brewing an espresso, in a home espresso machine or a moka pot.

Very fine grind: The coffee resembles powder. The very fine grind is intended for coffee that will be brewed without filtering, such as Greek coffee, for example.

We travel to every corner of the world and select producers who exhibit a great love and knowledge about coffee cultivation. We first taste the varieties ourselves and if we taste something different, of high quality, that makes us travel, we decide to include it in our HeyBox products.

And we don't just stop there! After bringing these exotic coffee varieties home, we taste them over and over again, being transported by their aromas, and inspired to create our OWN coffee blends. It's a very creative process that requires a lot of testing and effort to come up with the perfect, balanced result we have imagined. Our goal? To take that first sip and say: "This is THE coffee!".

Yes! Of course, there is! You can pay cash on delivery (COD) the moment you receive your parcel for a small extra charge.

Of course, you will receive a receipt or invoice. If you complete your payment at the checkout of your order in our shop, you will receive your receipt by e-mail. If you choose cash on delivery (COD) as your payment method, you will find your receipt in your parcel!

It's simple! If you're lucky enough to have a discount code, just add it to the appropriate field just before the checkout stage. The discount will automatically be subtracted from the final amount of your order. If you have more than one coupon, we would like to inform you that the discount they each offer cannot be used simultaneously.

1) Our offers/ promo campaigns are valid and active for a limited time, which is indicated.

2) Every time we have an offer/promo, we supply a certain discount code, which you can add in the corresponding field just before the checkout stage of your order.

HeyBox is an online, coffee subscription service with no physical stores at the moment. That's why you can't try our coffees before you order them. However, we do have detailed descriptions of each of our products and are available to help you find the coffee varieties/blends that suit your preferences!

All our coffees are ground just before your HeyBox is shipped, so they arrive fresh and fragrant! In order to keep their freshness and aroma unchanged for a longer period of time, you need to know the following:

1) The biggest enemies of coffee are: oxygen, light, humidity and the temperature. 

2) The best way to store your coffee is in their specially designed packaging (the one you receive them in) in a shady and cool place (e.g., a cupboard).

A simple Tupperware container which we all have in our homes is also an ideal way to store your coffee.

3) Do NOT store coffee in the fridge, as it has the ability to absorb odours.

Extra Tip: After you open your coffee bag, roll the top of the package tightly and grip both ends with two wooden pegs.

Of course, you can! Because we love surprises and gifts, we have the HeyBox Gift Edition, which is a special subscription that you can buy and send as a gift to someone you love. How does it work? It's simple! 

It's simple! You choose the HeyBox Gift Edition, answer a few questions that will help us to customize the perfect HeyBox for your friend, choose the subscription duration you want to offer them (3 months, 6 months or 1 year), fill in the name (or nickname) you want us to write on the HeyBox they will receive, complete your payment and that's it! For the next 3, 6, or 12 months (whatever you choose) they'll find two separate coffees (1 single origin & 1 blend - different each month!) on their doorstep each month.

First of all, we have the HeyBox Gift Edition which is a subscription that serves exactly that purpose, which is to be able to offer a subscription as a gift to a loved one.

Just before you complete your order/payment, there is a special field where you can fill in the name (or nickname whatever you want) of your loved one along with your message. We then work our magic so that your gift is personal and wonderful!

Finally, we periodically create gift boxes and themed kits that make beautiful gift options!

We roast our coffee in Greece and make sure that all health rules are applied. But what makes our coffee even more special is the experience of our team and the love we put into every single bean. This may seem like an exaggeration, but everyone knows that when you love something (or someone) VERY much, you exaggerate (and rightly so)!

First, we select producers from all over the world with the main criterion that they themselves provide high quality products. At HeyBox, we have a team of high expertise and long experience in quality control, to make sure our raw material is as good as we want it to be, to proceed to roasting, but also to create unique blends of our own inspiration! Another of our secrets is that we pay great attention to roasting. Every variety of coffee behaves differently and it's important to carefully follow every step of the process to give you the ultimate balance of flavour and aroma in each and every cup!

1. The product arrived at your door in a bad condition (e.g. damaged) 

We are very sorry! We will of course send you your money back! To do this, you need to send us a message by clicking here or via email to info@hey-box.com. It is necessary to send us a photo of the defective product. We will check it and refund you the amount corresponding to the product.

2. You received the wrong product

We apologize! You have two options here! Either you keep the product, and we send you the correct one again, or we refund your money. In either case, you can send us a message by clicking here or by emailing us at info@hey-box.com. Don't forget to send us a picture of the wrong product! It is necessary for us to proceed with the refund.

We have many ways to pay, so you can choose what suits you best! Apart from paying online by card, you can complete your order by making a deposit to any of the following bank accounts or pay by cash on delivery at the time you receive your parcel from the delivery person with an extra charge. You can see the options in detail in the mail you will receive after confirming your order! When the transaction is completed, you will receive your receipt in your e-mail, which will include your order number.

Shipping over 30€ is free for Greece and over 50€ for Cyprus! If the value of your order is less than 30€ for Greece, shipping costs 3€. If the value of your order is less than 50€ for Cyprus, shipping costs 10€. If you also choose to pay by cash on delivery for Greece, you will be charged an extra 3€.

1. Cancellation of monthly subscription

If your HeyBox subscription or the flavours of our products don't suit you, we'll be very sad, but we'll understand! So we give you the option to cancel your subscription whenever you want. If you receive your box after cancelling, then you can return it at our cost and we will refund your money. To do this, you need to send us a message by clicking here or by emailing us at info@hey-box.com.

2. Cancellation of an annual subscription

You may inform us by clicking here or by emailing us at info@hey-box.com. After that we will refund the money to your card for the balance of the subscription that has not been executed.

If you cannot complete your order on our site, try the following steps:

1. A possible reason why you cannot complete the order is the availability of one of your items. Oops, we are sorry for that! Refresh your browsing page and if a message appears stating that one of our products is out of stock, simply remove it by clicking "Remove" next to it! Give us some time and we'll make sure to restock our shop with products that will steal your heart!

2. Try deleting cookies or refreshing your browser.

3. Sometimes payment attempts are unsuccessful. This happens to all of us, and patience is needed! Try to carefully re-enter the details of your card and if the problem remains, you can alternatively use another credit card or payment method (e.g. choose to pay cash on delivery!)

From the moment your subscription starts and EVERY time we prepare your HeyBox, we have one goal: to get fresh and aromatic coffee in your kitchen as soon as possible! What does that mean? If the order is placed by 14:00, it is executed within the same day as for Greece.

We grind (if you wish us to!) your coffee properly and pack it with our very own hands. Then we prepare your HeyBox with all the necessary surprises (yes, we LOVE those) and send your parcel! All of this takes 1-5 business days to get it right.

Does that seem like a lot? The wait is worth it, and you’ll see for yourself upon receiving your first HeyBox! 

If you are located at Cyprus, then the total is 5-7 working days.

HeyBox has a solution for everything! You can try the coffees you like before you apply for a subscription. by placing an individual order in our shop. If you like them (which I'm sure you will), you can return to our site to begin with the subscription you like best! That way you'll enjoy your favourite coffee EVERY month easier, quicker, and less expensively!

First of all, we surely do not need to clarify that these cookies are not intended for your coffee. Our team puts a lot of love and care into the preparation of EVERY order and works hard to get every HeyBox to its destination on time! Also, don't forget that your coffee is roasted, ground and packaged just before it goes into your box, so that it arrives to your hands fresh and fragrant. 

If we receive your order before 14:00, it will be dispatched by us on the same day! If not, we will ship it on the following business day. Then, you will also need to allow the delivery company some time to get it safely to your door (i.e. about 3-7 work days in total). We assure you that the wait is worth it! You'll see!

HeyBox Mystery Edition, a monthly subscription for those who are looking for tasty surprises and want to get to know coffee from scratch. The great thing about this subscription is that you get something different and exciting every month. All we can reveal is that your box will have a single origin coffee pack and a blended pack that we shall create and produce, different and new every month!

HeyBox Picky Edition, a monthly subscription for those who know what they want and prefer to pick and choose for themselves among the unique options available in our shop. At this point we should say that all the coffees in our shop are of our own inspiration and as soon as we receive your order, we start roasting and grinding the beans so that our coffee arrives at your door as fresh and fragrant as possible! Plus, our products are constantly being refreshed, so you'll never get bored.

HeyBox Office Edition, a monthly subscription for those who want to enjoy a different, good quality coffee with their office team in large quantities!

HeyBox Gift Edition, a monthly subscription in case you want to offer it as a gift to a favourite coffee lover!

As for the duration of your subscription, you have 2 options, and you can choose whichever suits you!

Α. Simple subscription: Your HeyBox with your coffee will come to your door every month and your billing will be completed accordingly. From the moment you start your subscription, it is valid until you cancel it or pause it for some time. You can easily manage your subscriptions by signing in to your account! 

Β. Annual subscription: Your coffee comes to your door every month, but you pay once every year! If you sign up for an annual subscription, you naturally get a better price and enjoy your coffee even more affordably! Your subscription renews every year, but don't worry, because we'll let you know via email before that happens!

It’s a piece of cake (accompanied with coffee) or else, it's super easy!

We suspect that if you are reading this answer, you are already on our site (so 1st step done). Next, you choose the HeyBox that best suits you (Mystery Edition, Picky Edition, Office Edition-we have a Gift Edition if you want to gift one).

If you select the HeyBox Mystery Edition, you answer a few questions, add it to your cart, and fill in your address/debit information. Everything else, you can leave it up to us!

If you select the HeyBox Picky Edition, you decide exactly what products you want to receive each month, answer a few questions, add it to your cart, and fill in your address/debit details. Everything else, you can leave up to us!

If you select the HeyBox Office Edition, you're a boss and you have no time to waste; you decide what products you and the team want to receive each month, answer a few questions, add it to your cart and fill in your address/charge details. Best boss ever!

We'll give you all the information you need! So, if you decide to make an annual subscription and prepay, you'll get a better price and it'll be even less expensive to enjoy really good coffee all year round! It goes without saying that if you change your mind, you can cancel anytime without charge, and we will refund the remaining unexecuted balance of the subscription to the card or bank account you will specify.

Now, if you change your mind within the year and you want to replace one of your subscription products with another of our products, just let us know via e-mail at info@hey-box.com and we'll arrange it right away!

First of all, this sounds unreal, alien even! However, if this happens, please let us know via e-mail at info@hey-box.com or call us at 210 89 80 873 and we will cancel your subscription. Of course, with no extra charge and we will refund any remaining total.
