3. Monthly Subscription Cancellation
It will make us sad to see you go, if your HeyBox subscription or the flavours of our products don't suit you anymore, but we totally understand! So, you have the option to cancel your subscription whenever you want. If you receive your box after cancelling, then you can return it at our own charge, and we will refund your money. 4. Yearly Subscription Cancellation
You can let us know by emailing us at info@hey-box.com. Following the cancellation, we will credit the amount of your remaining subscription balance back to your debit/credit card.
